Step 1: Submit a Puppy Application

Interested families begin by completing our Puppy Application. This helps us learn about your home, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping for in a doodle companion. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, but it allows us to begin the conversation.

Step 2: Application Review & Follow-Up

​

We carefully review each application and may reach out with follow-up questions or to schedule a brief phone conversation. This step helps ensure we are a good fit for one another and allows us to answer any questions you may have about our program or puppies.

​

Approved families are contacted directly and kept informed as plans progress.

Step 3: Pregnancy Confirmation & Reservation Fee

​

Once a pregnancy is confirmed and we have an approximate puppy count, we will begin accepting reservation deposits from approved applicants. The $500 reservation fee secures your place for that litter and is applied toward the total purchase price of $2700. Reservation fees are non-refundable unless the pregnancy does not result in the number of puppies estimated by the vet, as they reserve a spot in a limited, planned litter.

Step 4: Puppy Updates & Preparation

​

As puppies grow, we provide periodic updates, including photos, videos and developmental milestones. Puppies are raised in our home and receive early socialization, early neurological stimulation, early scent introduction, gentle handling, and exposure to everyday household life.

Step 5: Puppy Selection (Around 6 Weeks)

​

​At approximately six weeks of age, we begin the puppy selection process, in the order that deposits were received. Puppy selection can be done through FaceTime/Zoom meetings, videos, and observations. We also offer guidance to help with selection based on our experience with the puppies' personalities and your desired traits. Our goal is always to help match each puppy with the home that best fits their personality and energy level.

Step 6: Go-Home Day (8 Weeks)

​

Puppies are ready to go home at eight weeks of age. Pickup details are coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth transition.

Each puppy goes home with:

​

• Age-appropriate vaccinations and health records

• Veterinary health check

• Microchip

• Age-appropriate vaccinations

• Dewormed (although this will need to be repeated by once home)

• Dew claws removed

• A starter pack to ease the transition, including:

  • A blanket with littermates' and Mom's scent

  • Leash and collar

  • Starter food

  • A toy

  • Helpful care information

• 1-year genetic health guarantee

• Lifetime breeder support
